Tourist Visa Support
- We need a completed visa application, passport details and dates of your proposed visit to Russia.
- The visa support document will be issued on the next business day
- Single and double entry tourist visas are valid for up to 30 days
- Passports in the normal course of business will be lodged with the Russian Consulate on the third business day
- The Russian Consulate will process the visa application, according to the degree of urgency involved. See Russian Consulate web site for “schedule of charges”.
Business Visa Support
- All invitations will be processed through the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
- We will start the processing your “Business visa support” on the same day it is received.
- The number of business days required to obtain an “invitation document” is shown below.
- Passports in the normal course of business are lodged (with the Russian Consulate) somewhere between the 15th and 19th business day. This is described below as the “waiting period”
- The Russian Consulate will then process the business visa application according to the degree of urgency involved. See Russian Consulate web site for “schedule of charges”.
