Tourist Visa Support

1. We need a completed visa application, passport details and dates of your proposed visit to Russia.
2. The visa support document will be issued on the next business day
3. Single and double entry tourist visas are valid for up to 30 days
4. Passports in the normal course of business will be lodged with the Russian Consulate on the third business day
5. The Russian Consulate will process the visa application, according to the degree of urgency involved. See Russian Consulate web site for “schedule of charges”.

Business Visa Support

1. All invitations will be processed through the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
2. We will start the processing your “Business visa support” on the same day it is received.
3. The number of business days required to obtain an “invitation document” is shown below.
4. Passports in the normal course of business are lodged (with the Russian Consulate) somewhere between the 15th and 19th business day. This is described below as the “waiting period”
5. The Russian Consulate will then process the business visa application according to the degree of urgency involved. See Russian Consulate web site for “schedule of charges”.
